Even though the entire villa was renovated between 1995 and 1998, the red brick, beamed ceilings, and terracotta that characterize a typical peasant house were kept, yet with fixtures and fittings and all comfort, not denaturalizing though the atmosphere. In 2015 a part of the property was turned into a B&B, privileging the atmosphere with the expressive empowerment of nature, and the knowledge through the discovery of the mysteries of the unknown, without neglecting the strength of the landscape of a land where artists like Dante Alighieri, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Galileo Galilei and Giacomo Puccini lived nearby the cities Siena, Arezzo, Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, Cortona, Pienza, Montalcino… In this area the world-wide famous vino di Muntepulciano and the renowned cheese pecorino di Pienza are also produced.
